Child & Family Service stopped placing children in adoptive homes in the 1970’s. However, we remain available to assist families with post adoption services.

Adoption competent counseling, requests for non-identifying information, and referrals to resources for search and reunion options are available to families.

Procedure for Requesting Non-Identifying Information:

• Adoptees interested in receiving non-identifying information regarding their birth family should write a letter of request which includes your name, date of birth, address, phone number and the names of your adoptive parents. Please include a legible copy of a photo id for identification purposes.

• All inquiries will be responded to within 3 weeks of receipt.
